Attraction Marketing Excellence: Renegade Professional For Those Over Sixty

Renegade Professional For Those Over Sixty — Is This For You? (A Video)

You are over sixty as I am.  In fact, I am 64.

And you are possibly thinking thoughts such as these at this part of your life journey:

  • What about internet marketing — could this be for me?
  • I am interested in a variety of directions I could head at my age and I would like to find a fit: after all, I enjoy continuing to learn, grow and develop.
  • I am kinda worn at this whole internet marketing idea: not totally worn out, but worn.  I wonder about if something might be a good fit for me?
  • I’ve heard about Renegade Professional and Renegade University, but I am just not sure about them — I wonder what they are all about.

Should thoughts or questions like the one be in your mind, then I would encourage you to take the next step and watch the video below.  It is intended to help define whether or not Renegade Professional might be a fit for you from my distinct perspective.

A Hard Sell?

Absolutely not: just simple benchmarks from my way of thinking as to whether or not Renegade Professional could be something you relate to at this stage of your life.  It is so obvious that nothing is for everyone, right?  It’s only right if it happens to be what is right for us at the time.

Yes, I am over 60.  In fact, at the time of this writing I am 64 and I am a very happy member of the Renegade Professional community.

So, review the video and you may have some interactions at the conclusion (see below)

Enjoy

Simple Questions…

  • What did I hear my heart saying as I listened to the video?  Should I be responding in any way — including a “No?”  (After all, it could be good, but just not the right time!)
  • As I was taking everything in, did I find myself thinking, “I’ll bet ___________ would really enjoy hearing this person’s approach.”
  • Thinking in terms of my own learning process — somewhat apart from the idea of whether or not Renegade Pro is for me — what did I take away with me in terms of my own pursuit of success in life?
  • What was that email address Lee gave to contact him?  Answer: lee.renegadepro(at)gmail(dot)com.  (Remember, NO offers)
  • Did I learn anything relative to the art of communicating on the web that could be helpful for me?

Lee Wise Renegade Professional – My Story

Lee Wise, Renegade Professional: My Story

Below you will find my testimony regarding my experience with the Renegade Professional community of which I am a part.  It will serve as an expansion of my thoughts that are currently on my home page.

Briefly, my experience so far has been great!  Seriously, I am enjoying the ride so-to-speak.  In addition to what I share on the video, I would say that my feelings of “community” with the group continue to grow.  As I am now involved in their coaching program and getting to know the “Renegade Crew” more as time goes on, I would say that my relationship with them grows deeper as well.  I do appreciate them, their values and what I anticipate to be their future contributions to the online and offline marketing world.

Should you be on a similar journey as mine, I hope that the video will prove helpful to you.

Attraction Marketing Excellence Means Learning The Power Of “Story”

Enjoying A Good Story!

Attraction Marketing Excellence Means
Learning The Power Of “Story”

Reading this in a recent post got my attention:

“Folks, I branded myself, built my website, managed the newsletter and then made HUGE MONEY in direct sales – while working 40 hours per week as a high school science teacher!”

Taken from Melanie’s post entitled “What does this Woman know about the power of persistence?,” I learned several lessons in my journey to discover and practice more about excellence in my journey of attraction marketing.

Two Immediate Lessons

The power of a personally based, well written:

  1. Title
  2. And “Summary-leading-to-action” sentence. (Isn’t that a great sentence? Totally motivating.)

Several Additional Lessons About The Power of “Story”

  • “Personal” is always good — if it’s a good story and if it’s told well.
  • Transparencey — with control — is very good. Transparency out of control is what? Answer: disaster.
  • The importance of reflecting the whole idea of “being real.” In sharing her ups and downs (and somewhat in-betweens), I felt like: “real person, real journey, not fake.”
  • Links included in the post without being a totally annoying link overkill in the process! Enough to take not of them and possibly arouse curiosity, but stopping very short of annoying.
  • A well designed sequence within the framework of the story.

And Speaking Of A “Well Designed Sequence,” Here’s The Sequence

  1. Saying how things “were.”
  2. Moving from there to “how things began to change.”
  3. Then on to “how things are now.”
  4. And finally “here’s how to see if we could be a team” (i.e. the invitation).

Your Turn… What Will You “Take Away?”

What will you take away from this short review of important aspects to consider when telling our stories for the purpose of making and impact or creating a favorable response on the part of the hear(s)?  Make it happen: record on your own or think through three ideas now.

1.

2.

3.

Where could you tell your story?

Where should you tell part of your story?

If told, is your story sequenced properly revealing excellence in marketing?

Attraction Marketing Excellence: A “Tweet For Excellence” Example

Attraction Marketing Excellence: A “Tweet For Excellence” Example

Browsing through several direct messages from Twitter a few days ago, my eye motion came to a halt when I ran across this Direct Message from Deborah Tutnauer.

“Do one thing today that will improve your life tomorrow…Please share what it is and thanks so much for following me.”  (http://twitter.com/itsallsuccess)

What Caused The Pause

Why did I pause?

  1. The sentence challenged me to action.
  2. My immediate response was “that’s quality.”
  3. I viewed it as complimentary to her purpose as a marketer.

My Attraction Marketing “Take Away” From Deborah’s Tweet

Even with a 140 character limit I can:

  1. Share something that will cause people to take good action in their own lives: not just for you.
  2. Make it as excellent as possible.  Think “quality,” not just sell.
  3. Complement and/or model my own passion or service.

No doubt the “sell” works.  That’s got to be a part of the Twittering experience if you are Tweeting for business… but why not add these three things in the process?

By The Way…

I immediately responded to Deborah and shared with her how much I appreciated the message.  It challenged me to do something in the same manner.

I have not developed it yet, but you just may see the same type of a Tweet from Lee in the days ahead!

Either way, I learned from her approach.

How About You?

  • What will you take away from this short example?
  • Are you causing people to take good action… or could you?
  • Are you complementing your service or passion in doing so?

Enjoy the day,

Lee

P.S.  Thanks, Deborah, for a quality example.

P.P.S.  Look for more from me on the Tweeting with a purpose, etc.  I can feel another article or post coming on!

Attraction Marketing Excellence Means Observing Patterns of Communication

Marketing Excellence = Following Patterns

Attraction Marketing Excellence Means Observing Patterns of Communication

Four Patterns

I loved reading the short post by Lois Kelly entitled “What people write about in social media” from Beelinelabs.  The following four patterns were noted:

What I like.  (You might, too).

What I know. (It may help you, too.)

What irritates me. (Beware, it may but you too.)

What I find helpful. (You may, too).

What I Liked!

I enjoyed the post for several reasons.

First, because of the simplicity of the article.
Second, because of the patterns noted.
And third, it reinforced the ideas of:

  • Paying attention to the needs, joys and victories of others;
  • Discovering like pockets of interest;
  • Joining in where we are able;
  • Being genuine as you do;
  • And contributing whenever possible.

Four Obvious Questions Relative To Attraction Marketing Excellence

  1. Am I sharing what I like because others might like it as well?
  2. Am I sharing what I know so that others may be helped?
  3. Am I being honest by sharing my frustrations where appropriate?
  4. Am I seeking to find what is helpful and sharing it with others?

Speaking of Social Media: Is It A Fad?

Caught it On Twitter!

While browsing through Twitter several moments ago, I caught a Tweet by Brian Tracy.  He made a short comment about a video on Social Media that was “worth watching.”

So…

Always being interested in topics like social media and attraction marketing, I traveled over I traveled to watch the video below: and, sure enough, it was.  (P.S.  By the way, like many others, I truly appreciate Brian Tracy).

And Here’s The Video

A Basic Impression

This quote definitely caught my attention: “Social Media isn’t a fad, it’s a fundamental shift in the way we communicate.”  Honestly, while I certainly can’t fathom the many implications of such a statement, for me as one interested in pursuing attraction marketing in an excellent fashion, it does reinforce basic things as the following:

  1. Paying attention to how the world communicates.
  2. Striving to give value as a part of the attraction marketing process.
  3. Continually striving to understand and grow in the art of communication.
  4. Realizing the huge potential for making a positive impact in our world.

All the best to you!

Affiliate Notations: I am affiliate of many, if not most, of the links and products that I suggest, recommend, or refer to on this site. For example, when I refer to the resources Renegade University and Renegade Professional, I am an affiliate of the organization that supplies those resources for the benefit of so many people. Also, if you see a banner on my site you can almost count on me be an affiliate of that service or product. By way of an example, the banner for the QuanSite that I use and very highly recommend: I am a very happy affiliate. It’s really the best of both worlds: I enjoy being free enough to not only recommend a product or service that others may benefit from but also to have the potential of earning funds from the same resource. Cool.
